DEFORD announced the final phase of development and pre-production prototypes of 48V dual battery system for electric motorcycles
DEFORD is thrilled to reveal the 48V (P/N: MP2000M) lithium-ion battery system, an innovative dual lithium-ion battery system designed for electric motorcycles on early of July, 2023.
"We had finished two times 48V (P/N: MP2000M) electric motorcycle lithium-ion battery system pre-production prototypes over the past few months in 2023, which has brought the number of batteries we can test up to 50. Through extensive testing of the 48V (P/N: MP2000M) lithium-ion battery system, and we have accumulated hundreds of megabytes test data. After analyzing these test data, and we believe that the performance of the 48V (P/N: MP2000M) electric motorcycle lithium-ion battery system fully meets our design requirements. We have approved this battery to enter the mass production stage.” explains Mr. Zhou, senior engineer of DEFORD New Power Co., Ltd.

When we face customer's new demand, and we don't need to spend another two years to complete the design and all tests. I believe we only need 6-12 months to launch a new model electric motorcycle lithium battery system in future.
